Master Plan and Phase I | Houston, TX

Alan played a pivotal role on a master planning team that resulted in the design and construction of a 250,000 sq. ft. inpatient tower which opened in 2017. Additionally, this team led master planning team in 2017 to 2018 refreshment of the previous master plan after the new inpatient tower was completed, which resulted in facility recognition of the need for a new ambulatory clinic tower on the main campus. Alan also led the team that programmed and planned the 180,000 sq. ft. clinic tower which is awaiting board approval.
